To qualify for a refund, you must:

• Purchase the product directly from us (via Gumroad checkout on our website)
• Wait at least 30 days from your purchase date before requesting a refund
• Demonstrate that you've read and attempted to apply the strategies in the product

2.2 Why We Require This

3. What You Need to Provide

   • What happened (or didn't happen) in your relationship over the 30 days
   • Why you believe the product didn't work for your situation

That's it. No need to write an essay. Just show us you gave it an honest effort.

4. Refund Processing Time

4.1 Our Response Time

Once we receive your refund request:

• Review: We'll review your email within 24-48 hours
• Approval: If you've met the requirements, we approve immediately
• Questions: If we need clarification, we'll reach out (rare)

4.2 When You'll Receive Your Money

Once we approve your refund:

• Processing: We initiate the refund immediately through Gumroad
• Bank/Card Processing: Your financial institution may take 5-10 business days to credit your account
• Confirmation: You'll receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed

5. After Your Refund

5.1 Access to Products

After a refund is issued:

• Your download links will be deactivated
• You should delete all copies of the product from your devices
• Continued use of the product after a refund violates our Terms of Service

5.2 Future Purchases

Requesting a refund does not prevent you from:

6. When Refunds Are Denied

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following cases:

• Abuse: Multiple refund requests for the same product or pattern of buying/refunding
• Chargeback Filed: You've already disputed the charge with your bank

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank.

If you file a chargeback before contacting us:

• We cannot process a standard refund
• The dispute will be handled through your bank and payment processor
• This process takes longer and may involve additional fees
• You may be banned from future purchases

8. Product Bundles

If you purchased a bundle of multiple products:

• The same 30-day application requirement applies to the bundle as a whole
• You can request a full refund for the entire bundle
• Partial refunds (for individual products within a bundle) are not available
• Bundle pricing is discounted, so individual product value cannot be refunded separately
